i-Theses Group is currently looking for a Helpdesk Employee for the office in Buggenhout.

Description

i-Theses is looking for an enthusiastic Helpdesk Employee to support our software. He/she is the first-line contact person for customers, assisting them with general and specific questions about the software solution. The helpdesk employee works together with the application manager and the development team.

i-Theses Group develops design, calculation, and planning software for the prefabricated concrete and steel sector.

 


Profile

You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in ICT or in a construction-related field, or you can compensate this with relevant experience. You combine strong communication skills with a highly customer-oriented approach.

A strong affinity with the construction sector is essential. Knowledge of construction processes and experience with software applications for prefabricated concrete construction (such as ERP, CAD, or production-oriented systems) is a significant advantage.

 

 

Job-related competencies

  • Providing application support to our customers

  • Creating, planning, and following up on reported issues/questions (ticketing system)

  • Communicating with customers about new features in the applications

  • Direct collaboration with the development team

  • Direct collaboration with the application manager regarding planning, manuals, Q&As, and testing

 

 

Language skills

Good knowledge of Dutch and English. Knowledge of French is a plus.
