i-Theses Prioritizes Complementarity and Scaling with Acquisition of Kresoft Systems
At the end of April, the Lokeren-based software company i-Theses completed the acquisition of its sector peer Kresoft Systems from Buggenhout. Both companies develop ERP solutions for construction and construction-related companies, as well as manufacturers of precast concrete across Europe. The respective company locations will be retained, and Gert Janssens, owner of Kresoft Systems, has been appointed as a director. His entire team will also remain on board. During a transitional phase, they will operate under the name i-Theses Group. Last year, i-Theses also acquired the British company Winfloor.
Background
i-Theses primarily serves European manufacturers of floor slabs, beams, columns, stairs and walls in precast concrete. Their ERP solutions are cloud-based and available via a subscription model. They facilitate all aspects of the production process, from quoting, design, and planning to inventory management, production, logistics, and invoicing. They also eliminate the need to re-enter the same data repeatedly at different stages of the production process.

Stronger Together in Precast Concrete
Kresoft Systems was founded in 1984 and fully acquired by Gert Janssens in 2011. The company gained renown with its standard ERP total solutions for optimizing business processes for contractors and manufacturers of rebar and/or building elements in (precast) concrete. This closely aligns with i-Theses' competencies in this specific activity.

i-Theses Priorise la Complémentarité et l'Expansion avec l'Acquisition de Kresoft Systems
Fin avril, l'entreprise de logiciels i-Theses, basée à Lokeren, a finalisé l'acquisition de son homologue Kresoft Systems de Buggenhout. Les deux entreprises développent des solutions ERP pour les entreprises de construction et les entreprises connexes, ainsi que pour les fabricants de béton préfabriqué à travers l'Europe. Les sites respectifs des entreprises seront conservés et Gert Janssens, propriétaire de Kresoft Systems, a été nommé administrateur. Toute son équipe restera également à bord. Pendant une phase de transition, ils opéreront sous le nom de i-Theses Group. L'année dernière, i-Theses avait déjà acquis l'entreprise britannique Winfloor.
Historique
i-Theses sert principalement les fabricants européens de dalles de plancher, poutres, colonnes, escaliers et murs en béton préfabriqué. Leurs solutions ERP sont basées sur le cloud et disponibles via un modèle d'abonnement. Elles facilitent tous les aspects du processus de production, depuis la demande de devis, la conception et la planification jusqu'à la gestion des stocks, la production, la logistique et la facturation. Elles éliminent également le besoin de ressaisir les mêmes données à différentes étapes du processus de production.

Plus Forts Ensemble dans le Béton Préfabriqué
Kresoft Systems a été fondée en 1984 et entièrement acquise par Gert Janssens en 2011. L'entreprise s'est fait connaître avec ses solutions ERP globales standards pour l'optimisation des processus d'affaires pour les entrepreneurs et les fabricants de barres d'armature et/ou d'éléments de construction en béton (préfabriqué). Cela correspond étroitement aux compétences de i-Theses dans cette activité spécifique.

i-Theses stelt met overname Kresoft Systems complementariteit en schaalvergroting voorop
Eind april rondde het Lokerse softwarebedrijf i-Theses de overname af van sectorgenoot Kresoft Systems uit Buggenhout. Beide bedrijven ontwikkelen ERP-oplossingen voor bouw- en bouwgerelateerde bedrijven en producenten van prefabbeton in heel Europa. De respectieve bedrijfsvestigingen blijven behouden en eigenaar Gert Janssens van Kresoft Systems werd aangesteld als bestuurder. Ook zijn volledige team blijft aan boord. In een overgangsfase treden ze als i-Theses Group naar buiten. i-Theses nam eerder al vorig jaar het Britse Winfloor over.
Voorgeschiedenis
i-Theses richt zich vooral op Europese producenten van vloerplaten, balken, kolommen, trappen en wanden in prefabbeton. Hun ERP-oplossingen zijn cloud gebaseerd, en beschikbaar via een abonnementsformule. Ze faciliteren alle aspecten van het productieproces, gaande van offerte, ontwerp en planning over stockbeheer en productie tot en met logistiek en facturatie. Ze vermijden ook het herhaaldelijk opnieuw ingeven van dezelfde data in de verschillende stadia van het productieproces.
Rony Verlee: “Onze ERP-oplossingen hebben van bij hun introductie een revolutie teweeggebracht in de sector, vooral op vlak van gebruiksvriendelijkheid, toegankelijkheid, rentabiliteit, snelheid plus efficiëntie van het productieproces en het aanzienlijk beperken van eventuele productieverliezen.”
Samen sterker in Prefabbeton
Kresoft Systems werd opgericht in 1984 en kwam in 2011 volledig in handen van Gert Janssens. Het bedrijf verwierf vooral faam met zijn standaard ERP-totaaloplossingen voor de optimalisatie van bedrijfsprocessen bij aannemers en producenten van betonstaal en/of bouwelementen in (prefab)beton. Dit laatste sluit sterk aan bij de competenties van i-Theses in deze specifieke activiteit. Gert Janssens: “Klanten appreciëren vooral ons resultaatgericht meedenken om tot de best werkbare standaard ERP-oplossing te komen en de doorgedreven trainingen die een snelle vertrouwdheid met onze pakketten teweegbrengen.”
Complementariteit
Rony Verlee: “Dankzij onze eigen expertise in teken- en ontwerpapplicaties, de sterkte van Kresoft Systems in betonstaal én de overlapping op vlak van prefabbeton, zetten we met de nieuwe entiteit volop in op complementariteit als op uitbreiding van het team en het dienstenpakket.
